Hello, world! Welcome to The Art of Wellness, my new blog. I’ll take just a moment to introduce myself for those who don’t know me!
My name is Lindsay, and I have become passionate about holistic health and wellness over the past 9 months as I’ve been learning, growing, and healing through holistic health. My story starts over two years ago when I was extremely ill for almost two years, seeing several doctors and specialists who couldn’t give me answers. I was introduced to holistic health through essential oils first, and they were the only things that could give me relief. Slowly, I learned more about the world of holistic health, and finally jumped all in last November! My life has completely changed, and after finding out I had Lyme Disease along with several other undesirable issues, I began my lifestyle change and am now very happy and healthy.
I decided to start this blog for a few reasons. The first one being that I have had several people approach me over the past months, asking me what I’ve been doing to lose weight or feel better. I feel like this is a good place to share information to anyone who would like to know! My second reason is that it amazes me sometimes how far I’ve come, and I realize I have a powerful story to share. I refuse to believe God would give me such an awesome story just to keep to myself! I know I’m meant to help others in this life, and I think this is one way I can do it. And finally, my third reason is simply that I’m passionate about health and wellness, and a blog dedicated to it is the perfect outlet to talk and share about it!
Along with sharing some personal stories, my goal for this blog is to share fun things such as recipes, exercises I enjoy, and general information about various health and wellness topics.
